Help Please!!!

I cant get this to work! All i see are the 'choices' in bold letters and i cant figure out how to choose, please please please help soon! Thanks

Directly to the left of the choice should be a little box, click in the box and a dot should appear in it. Then click next page.

Sometimes I have noticed that the little box doesn't appear, but if I click where it should be then it does appear.
