Yes, one. Left arm. Known as a bingo wing in the UK. It's getting worse. I feel like it might take over the world. My right arm is firm and muscular. No hanging flesh. I'm right handed.

I do work out with weights. Probably not enough. I dance. I get plenty of exercise but this damned bat wing has a mind of its own.

I see exercises, such as for triceps. But they're for both arms. I am tempted to do more arm exercises with the left arm but am afraid it might get too beefy.

I've been massaging with cocoa butter. That feels great! Today got some cocoa butter lotion that's supposed to firm the skin. Haven't tried it yet. Have also tried dry brushing.

I first noticed the bat wing perhaps a year ago and it's only getting worse!

I don't want to be lopsided. What can I do?

Train yourself to be ambidextrous. Start with masturbation (it's not easy!).

OMG, I did think of that! I used to be more that way back when I used a 10 key. My right hand would get tied so I'd use my left.

You may be looking at cosmetic surgery. As time goes by, skin loses its elasticity. Even losing weight usually won't help, it just lets the skin sag more. I don't know why, but it seems like women are more susceptible to this than men. Sorry, but time is a cruel master.

That's not an option for a variety of reasons, but thanks!
