Help on photo guidelines for an illustrated story

Hi,

My first day here. I've looked for a little and I don't see a search option for past threads. What I'm asking about has probably been asked before so I apologize if it has.

I am almost done writing a story for the illustrated category. I've read (I think) everything about submitting photos of myself that hopefully are within the guidelines. It seems a little vague to me about what would need to be censored or not be acceptable. I've looked through almost all the posted illustrated stories and I see some that I would have thought would have been censored but aren't. Maybe it is on a case by case basis.

Is there a way to submit them separately before the actual story to find out whether they are acceptable or need to be censored? I think it would save time during the submission process. Would a volunteer editor need to see them along with the story? Would an editor know what makes the cut?

Ugh, this is post probably is getting too long. I will end it here for now.

Thanks for your time,

Kat

The only sure way to find out is to submit. There's only one site editor who counts, and her requirements are that you must hold copyright on the images, and they can't be pornographic. The last might sound odd given what you see on the Forums, but that content is linked, not hosted here - and that's an important difference.

If your content is okay your story will go through. If it's not, you'll get a rejection notice that will be general, not specific, but will narrow down the issue.

Thanks for replying jaF0 and electricbluee66..

OK, the additional text does help clear it up but I will throw some questions out there just to be sure.

1) Would a photo of me with a butt plug be allowed? There would be no vagina or anus showing. Just a wide black plug base that would kind of make it look censored.. lol

2) I've taken many a photo of my post electroysis pubic area but it sounds like taking them at arms' length might be considered "center of attention" since you don't see other things besides legs .

For 2) I think they are quite tasteful with no spread lips or clitoris showing with legs together taken mostly from the front. I think they are much less revealing than some photos already posted which show it all with spread legs (but not as close up.)

I have a belly so taking larger further away photos makes it hard to see anything standing up like in front of a mirror. As I think about it is like a female version of a penis photo. Ha ha.

Thanks,

Kat
