Hi,
My first day here. I've looked for a little and I don't see a search option for past threads. What I'm asking about has probably been asked before so I apologize if it has.
I am almost done writing a story for the illustrated category. I've read (I think) everything about submitting photos of myself that hopefully are within the guidelines. It seems a little vague to me about what would need to be censored or not be acceptable. I've looked through almost all the posted illustrated stories and I see some that I would have thought would have been censored but aren't. Maybe it is on a case by case basis.
Is there a way to submit them separately before the actual story to find out whether they are acceptable or need to be censored? I think it would save time during the submission process. Would a volunteer editor need to see them along with the story? Would an editor know what makes the cut?
Ugh, this is post probably is getting too long. I will end it here for now.
Thanks for your time,
Kat
