Hello,
Maybe this should be in the 'How To' section, but I don't think all that many ppl look in there, so anyway, I have pasted a picture from another website into 'Word' (don't worry it was from a friend's website, she won't mind) and I want to use it as an av - how do I change it to a JPEG file or whatever they're called?
I know, I'm thick, but I'm also pretty stuck *sigh*
Can anyone help me?

Go to your friends web site and right click on the pic you want. Click on Save Picture As. Save it to a place in your hard drive and with a name you will know. In this way it will save it as the jpeg you need and will load straight from your hard drive to your avatar. Forget the pic in the word program and do this.

If it is not the right size for an avatar post it to the general boards asking for it to be resized and someone will resize it for you.
