Help me with my AV

Hi all

I got to 100 posts!

Think this means I can have an AV, but no idea how to do this.
Will some experienced lit-er give me a hand??? (and then help with my AV problem too!)

150x150 pixels is the max...go to EDIT OPTIONS from your Control panel and it practically walks you thru it

Also there is a 20k limit on the file size as well.
