help me please

i went to the how to board and nobody knows how to help me. some said i was bitchy and i say thank you for your correct opinion... how do i post pics on the boards everytime i try it wants to put up all the pics in my pic file... i'm new here and new to computers and the folks on the other board were never new they were born with computers in their hands...
