Help Finding BDSM Story

I read story a couple years ago and haven't been able to find it since, and I was hoping someone will recognize this story and let me know the title.

It's a BDSM story, about a sub who is caught cheating (maybe on the phone?) or caught masturbating by her master. It's a punishment fits the crime sort of story, as he then ties her up and brings strangers into their home where they force orgasm after orgasm upon her. At the beginning, her maser whispers the safe word into her ear (I believe it was a color), but she is so overwhelmed with pleasure that she can't remember what it is.
