- Aliens arrive on Earth and offer a technology that allows for DNA modification in exchange for help reclaiming their invaded homeworld.
- The protagonist is a soldier already serving in the military and gets chosen (or volunteers) for the DNA enhancement program.
- He gains powers like:
- Construction by thought
- Flight
- Biological manipulation (internal & external)
- Time travel
- Other enhanced individuals include teammates with powers like water control, gravity manipulation
- At one point, the team is sent to locate and contain a luck-powered individual.
- The protagonist builds a futuristic home for his family and constructs a Star Trek-inspired spaceship to complete the mission.
- They travel off-world to help the aliens fight back, and one teammate dies during combat.
