Been years since I read it. Some reason it just popped into my head.
Memory serves me.
Involves a guy who gets into I believe a car accident and wakes up in a parallel world, but in this new world he is like some big business porn actor/director. His mom and sister have the hots for him but he wont cross that line (until near end of story, and they are heavy stacked

and through out the narrative he encounters a mysterious man often, and one point pushes him out a window so he "Wake up" and does so, but new chapter he ends up going back....
My memory says it has the title "Wonderland" or "Though the looking glass" in some part, but damn I cant recall.
