Help finding an editor

Hi. I'm having a lot of trouble finding an editor. I sent messages to 4 different volunteer editors, but haven't heard from any of them.

First, you should probably post this in Editors' Hangout. Secondly, what type of story? Some editors (including me) will only work with certain types.

Unlikely to find an editor without posting previous stories so they can see your style and know if they want to work with you.

I don't think that's much of a problem at Literotica. It's more a problem to find any editor at all.

Speaking of which, I've been trying to get some help from Laurel with some stories I published under a different name. I was told on this forum that I should PM her. So I sent her (?) a private message nearly two weeks ago, but I haven't had a reply. Is that sort of lag normal?

Yes. You might not get a reply at all. On the assumption that you want to shift some stories from one account name to another, you might have better luck if you resubmit the stories you want re-badged with the word EDIT in the title, and explain what you want in the Notes to Editor. That way, the request will pass through her processing eyes, whereas a PM could go into oblivion. Presumably, she'll need to know which stories you are on about, so this might save both of you some time.
