Help finding a story

Hi everyone, I am looking for a story I read a while ago on Literotica. The premise was that the wife (or gf, can't remember which) was very insecure about her small tits, but her husband loved them. Wife gets a boob job, starts loving the attention, cheats on him, destroys her life and decides to undo the boob job. Can't remember how it ends, but I remember it was pretty popular. Would appreciate any help finding the story again.
