I am trying to find a story I read a while back. It involves two female roommates one of whom has a bondage/limb loss fetish. It has basically magic bags of holding that can be stapped onto the limbs and renders them in another dimension. The roommate finds out about it and they end up getting into a relationship. I also believe in the second part she got a collar so she could even detach her own head like a dullahan and performed autocunnilingus?
