Help finding a story: Lesbian vampire

I read this story back a while ago, it was fairly long (longer than 2 pages) about a vampire that saves a homeless girl. The vampire told her that she was a "doctor" and needed some blood to sample and then finds out the girl has some STD.

Then there was something about how the vampire always walks around the house nude.
