HELP - Anal Advice

My wife recently tied me up and inserted a vibrating toy in my ass that is called the anal invader. It is vibrating penis that is inflatable.

My request is the following: we got a little carried away with it while it was in my ass and kept inflating it and now my ass feels like it has been ripped apart and has been bleeding when I go to the bathroom. I would really rather not go to the doctor as it is a little embarassing to explain. Has any one else had this type of experience or used this toy?

I am thinking that it might be as simple as hemroids and I should just give it a few days to heal.

BTW - I can't stop thinking about how much I want her to inflate me again, but I think based on the way I feel now, we might have to get rid of the toy.

I would be very careful. Your best bet is to go to the doctor. Embarrassing is one thing but your health is another. It really should be checked out. If you really feel you can't go to the doctor ( and I don't advise this course) make sure that you are not coming down with any sort of fever. Symptoms would be things like loss of appetite, sweating, chills, any type of abdominal pain. Fever would be indicitive of more extensive damage and infection. If you do have any of those, go to the ER asap.

Everyone here has said it all. Tears in the rectal walls are nothing to ignore and hope it goes away. Fecal matter can easily get in these tears and then all bets are off. Embarrassing. Yes? At the least you need antibiotics. Make the call.

Embarrassing it may be, yes, but at least you don't have to walk into an ER wearing a signboard declaring your reason for being there in neon letters. This is unprofessional, but since I'm not giving too many details hopefully this will easy anyones mind about embarassing situations with the doctor:

I spent a long time working in a level 1 trauma facility - often in the ER. We had a guy come in who had been enjoying some anal play. Long story short, I got called into x-ray - what I saw was an abdominal film with 2 rectangles (end to end) and a spiral. Do you know what I saw? The gentleman had a vibrator that had 'gotten away' - inside his 2nd sphincter. I was looking at 2 C batteries and the cap end.

Sure, it was amusing because you don't see THAT everyday - but hey he took one hell of a picture.

Always be safe with anal play. If an accident happens - go to the doctor! It's no laughing matter when it happens to you - Good luck! OH and hopefully by the time you read this, you will have already been & know you are on your way to recovery.

As an ex-nurse I'll add my tenpence and urge you to go to the doctor if you haven't already. They really have seen it all before I promise.

In addition to this (not instead of) You might want to try: -

Wrapping ice in a towel and sitting on it. (Obvious I know) This causes your blood vessels to constrict and reduces bleeding if you still have any as well as being generally soothing.

A little antiseptic cream is a good idea if the shpincter itself is injured at all. In addition to reducing infection risk it keeps the area soft so it doesn't keep forming dry scabs that crack and bleed when nature calls. Please do not go near haemarroid treatment of any kind unless you are diagnosed with them!

Elevating your pelvis on a pillow (like a woman with menstrual cramps!) to reduce pain and swelling/throbbing.

A light diet with plenty of fibre and lots of caffiene & alcohol free fluids if you have discomfort for days or more.

I don't want to panic you but if the bleeding continues you should consider haemarroids or that you may have injured a larger blood vessel inside your rectum or that you have perforated the wall of your rectum. This definitely needs checking out as if left unchecked infection will develop - not only inside your bowel but also your abdominal cavity or even your bloodstream as a whole.

Whatever medical advice you are given, watch over the next week for a temperature, persistant bleeding, abmormal stool or blood in your stool, persistant pain on defacating or any other discharge.

How long since you played? From personal experience, both giving and receiving, it is rare to not have some bleeding if using large toys in the butt. Why? Because it is a tighter passage not given to stretching quite so easily as a vagina, and if you were a virgin in this area it is going to have caused some tearing. Actually, ask any health professional or sex worker who is familiar with anal sex play and they will tell you that even with plenty of lube and gentle penetration by an average size cock, you are going to cause small tears to the inner walls at the very least...one of the reasons it is warned to be careful who you play with and to use protection.

This tearing might or might not result in visible bleeding depending on your body and the severity of tearing, as well as what activities you do afterward. If it has only been a matter of an hour or two, or even a few hours, unless you feel ill, have extreme pain of the bad variety (IOW feels there is something majorly wrong), I would not sweat too much as the human bady is amazingly resilient in these things...if it weren't, most who enjoy anal play of any sort would be at the doctor's every week. It is normal when using large toys in the anus to feel your butt has been torn apart...in a way it has been - stretched, torn to some degree, invaded via a muscle that is not designed to have things going in, bruising. Don't call 911 over this but head into the Urgent Care or make an appointment with your doc. (Have to say it, you'd be amazed at the stupid stuff I see. 911 because someone can't fall asleep)

The advice you've gotten's good- head into your doc if there's a lot of bleeding. A small smear or two, doesn't sound like a big issue.

Lotsa fiber, LOTS of water, limit your caffine and alcohol (eliminate if possible) for a few days till it clears up.

If you spike a temp, have sudden sharp pain, redness, swelling or anything else unusual in that area, see a doc.
