Irony being that you might injure your shoulder/bicep when hunting or gathering!
I have had two frozen shoulders over theyears. Excruciating my painful and chronic

Fortunately, i only have to hunt and gather from the shelves of the local grocery store.

Very sorry about your frozens. :( Has the thaw been successful?

Depends what you mean by success: Angelica is happy with my current performance I am pain free but shoulder mobility is slightly restricted so I will never do star jumps again

Ugh. I am currently in physical therapy for rotator cuff and bicep tendinitis. It's getting better, but slowly. Hope you are feeling better soon, my dear. :rose:

OK what have you two been up to? Inquiring minds want to know ;):D

And well done England!!!

Shame they had to play with racist cockwombles chanting tho... :(

Hello from a grey London... I am supposed to be drinking in a historic pub tonight with work peeps - have already decided I don’t want to go... someone tell me I should...

Its sunny in the south west.

Maybe you'd enjoy going, unless you make other and more exciting plans?

It depends which historic pub . I know your whereabouts are secret. Pm me for an objective opinion on the venue :rose:

What’s the alternative?

See, I'd ask who's going. Providing at least one of them isn't a cock wobble - definitely go. You ALWAYS regret not doing things, you rarely regret not doing things... Hang on... Fuck... Wait.
Right.
If you go you'll possibly have fun = not regretting going
If you don't go = definitely having a boring evening with TV = regretting not going.
Odds say go... You never know. And you can always be first to bale...

OK.

Did I explain that well. Yes I did. Pat myself on the back.

Alternative is wine and a wank in my hotel room... but I’m going now, I got cornered by the organiser in the corridor and was asked in such a way that made no difficult...

I know I’ll enjoy it if I go... I’m just tired - maybe I can sneak off early...

This happens with me a lot. I get it into my head that it’s all going to be a pile of wank. When I force myself to go, I set time limits that I have to stay for ... if I ease up and things look better, i’m Happy.

Historic pubs are worth it, just to look at the architecture. If you get really bored, talk to the bar staff about history of the pub. I used to work in one in Nottingham and would only be too happy to talk to people and tell them what I knew (know). It might be good.

Self pleasure

I would probably trade a night out for a night in a hotel room ..... but you see more of those than I do.

Let me guess ..... Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem?

I love Nottingham... my first flat was in Canning Circus. £35,000 I paid for that place!!!
