I can do without the tan - I made the mistake of looking in the mirror. Three nights incredibly poor sleep, and temperatures that have my cold Irish genes melting have me looking a proper fright. My face looks puffy... my eyes are tired.... I’ve come out in teenage spots of all bloody things... I don’t look well - I suit temperatures where it’s comfortable enough for a brisk walk... where there is a bit of a breeze on my face... global warming can fuck off...

Now that I’ve put everyone off their ploughman’s lunch, where you off to in your hollibobs SL? You can be as vague as vague can be...

Two/three days of heat! It was hitting 33 here, apparently hitting 39 down in London.
