yeah, I do that too when I first log in. Read a bit and get the lay of the land for the night. The joy of the GB is that every night's a different scene. Some nights are fluffy and fun. Some nights are uh...overtly sexual in nature. Some nights it's all about politics. And some nights you can just sit back, grab the popcorn and watch text-based soap operas.

My personal feeling on personal information is not to rely on others to keep it personal. Stuff goes haywire. People you think you could trust turn out to be deceitful. It's always a good plan to keep your private information private.
