he was on the parade ground naked but for the pink satin nightie, it was midnight and he was doing excercises as commanded by the lady officer stood before him her boots gleaming in the moonlight....she smiled as she held the chain.....

high society brats in a college fraternity come up with a prank on the whole police precinct. something along the lines of "crying wolf". Once it goes by, but the next time they are ambushed and the police get their revenge, especially this female officer.
