Some kind of Japanese site. I think the real challenge is in figuiring out how to use the site but I'm enjoying that particular challenge. The graphics are IMPRESSIVE. The best hint I can give you so far is to move the mouse cursor to the left of the page for the pop-out menu. Once you've done that you can play around with the site.

It's definitely a cg art site. This one is adorable though. Not only because the art is unique and quite striking, but because it uses my favorite Japanese word- tokidoki which means 'sometimes.'
