I can find listings for them in other countries, but is there one in the USA? I'd like to take my husband to one for our 20th anniversary, but don't have time to get passports (plus, it's supposed to be a surprise and he'd get a little suspicious if I suddenly applied for a passport on his behalf).

You also can't get a passport for another person.

You should, however, get one just to have it.
