He meets woman who remembers his college misbehavior

There's so little to work with here - a vague recall of a story.
A young man at an office/business cocktail party spots an attractive woman at the bar. He doesn't recognize her at first, but she remembers him from college. Back then he had some sort of sexual interaction, or relationship, with another guy, and she uses this against him.
