Rox is right, the original date has come and gone. Pretty much the same thing will happen with the revised date. :rolleyes:
I used to cover this industry for a consultancy. there's a great book about the development of HDTV standards and the awarding of transmission spectrum for digital TV. Well worth the read!

Are you being sarcastic? I disagree with this premise. I'd say that that the complaints are driven by the lack of free-market forces (government intervention and subsidies).
