Could have used this thread on Tuesday, today I feel great. Had this asshole professor bitch at me because he could not get on the network to check his email. I tested the network port in his office and there was a network connection but his machine was not getting an IP address from the server so the machine was essentially dead. I had to return to my office to check the server. This took all of 15 minutes, the server needed to be rebooted, that took 5 minutes. I called him back and told him he should be fixed at that point as well as the other thousand or so machines that where off the network.

The guy starts bitching about why the Help Desk did not tell him there was a problem and why did the server crash. Shit happens. I wish we all could be perfect like him. What an asshole.

Now I feel even better.

This one keeps me ticked off most every day. My 29 yr old son moves in because he's out of work. Can't stay in his apartment any longer. He's a bartender, and there's no job security at all in that line of work.

So I let him chill for a week or so as he settles in. Then I start asking if he's looking for work? He says he is, fine then. Two weeks go by and he finds a bartender job, but only two nights a week. Enough to gas up the car and put a few bucks in his pocket. So I ask if he's still looking. He says he is, fine then.

A month goes by, no change. I ask again, same answer. Fine then. Now I'm getting pissed and feel used.

What put me over the edge was coming home from a long day. He's sitting in MY fucking chair, watching MY fucking big screen TV. Eating MY fucking food and drinking MY fucking booze.

I gave him 30 days to get the fuck out

ok....i can't find a freaking job anywhere in my area!!!!!!! its like no place will hire me. I have moved alot (following hubby) and i think places feel i can't hold a job....not teh case at all!!! i just have been forced to move!!! arg and my parents are nagging the shit out of me its like...COME ON I'm an adult!!!!!!!!!!!
