Seems to me that this site is in danger of allowing access of underage posters to adult content, which is a legal violation in most if not all states and countries. I expect it will happen, sooner or later, that the individuals who organize and run this site will have some 'splainin' to do, sooner or later.

Here in the last three months it seems it has gotten to the point where we are filing new cases everyday . literotica is under court order to turn over the information on any single or group of users we have case #s for .In most cases we have the email and I.S.P and I.P address inless then a hour .In cases that involve DEATH threats of any kind or threats against a u.s federal officer or there childen we get all the information and the warrant in less then 15 minutes . We took down two such suspects this morning . One is in the I.C.U at the local hospital on full life support .The other suspect it awaiting to see how high his bond will be .In cases like these we ask for a NO bond or at least a bond of one million dollars . which in most cases is the same as a NO bond .
