I resisted the temptation to quote.
for now
you....resisted temptation?
WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH BIDEN~TIME!![]()
i remember the solar storm of '63. they closed all the schools and we all went outside and played in our radiation suits.
those were the days.
After you demonstrated your proficiency at ducking under the desks?
it was "and kiss your ass goodbye", but they never actually said the words to us.
thems was the days...all living on the edge.

And here I thought women were reticent to admit their age...

as far as losing any sleep...i wake up at least once a night. i guess it's to see if i'm still alive. that happens regardless of lunar phase.
I wasn't born yet![]()
I probably don't count, but I'll shout from the rooftops that I'm 22.
Can't help it but although I love football, baseball and hockey basketball brings about snooze time.No. I have not.

I fell asleep watching March Madness.
I hate sleeping. I don't sleep well and it's been worse lately.

I've had problems sleeping lately but it has to do with anticipation not the sun or the moon.
For eons, man has known that the moon affects us. Hospital labor and delivery halls and emergency rooms become busier during the full moon. Back when I had pregnant mares littering the property, I watched the moon cycles as closely as i watched the mares and almost without fail my mares would drop their foals within 5 days or so of the full moon.
Recently, I saw a blurb on the effects of the Sun's geomagnetic storms that create solar flares on the human condition, so i decided to poke around the net to see what I could find. I found that scientists are studying the effects of solar flares on everything from disrupted circadian rhythms to peak in violence.
Here are examples of the types of articles I have found:

One might conclude we humans can be just as solar as we can be lunar. What do you think?
