It's about 81 right now, feels like 86, with a predicted high in the 90s.

And I have to wear a dress and stockings to work today. Ick.

Oh hell yeah, it's cold. It was 30 when I woke up this morning. I sent the kids to school in winter coats. I SO hate the cold weather.

That's one of the great things about this part of California. The low was in the mid 50s, and this afternoon it'll be around be around 80. The weather will likely stay warm until mid to late October.

It was 92 yesterday in Houston (the record high is 93 in 1989!). Summer is still here!

I was camping and canoeing this weekend and it was so hot! The water was nice and cool though.

We are due for a cool front - highs in the 70s the next day or so. Wonder how long it will last.

If you want warmer weather - come on down!

Well, I normally wouldn't mind the heat, as long as the A/C repairman would get here sooner. My unit keeps freezing up and quits working during the day (just noticed this, since I am now home during the day).

But I still miss visiting Canada.
