I'm gonna go to the school and talk to them tomorrow. I want it to be made clear that I won't tolerate this happening. I won't be complacant while some little juvenile delinquant wanna be torments my children and makes them begin to fear school. I'll take it to the principal, and to the schoiolboard, if needs be. I will also involve the police if needs be, tho a lawsuit would be next to impossible, since I'm barely scratching by on what I get now.

A lawsuit isn't necessary, as what htese children are doing to your daughter and nephew is criminal assault.

I'm willing to bet that unless you've got a very good school administration, they're going to claim they have no control over what happens off school property.

The Police on the other hand can and will press charges for assault.

My youngest daughter had problem with a school bully until she reported the assault to the school police and showed up to testify at the juvenile court hearing that resulted. (she never had to testify, the bully changed her plea when we showed up.)

Since this is happening off the school grounds, call the police the next time it happens.
