Well, I think the answer to the title is an obvious "no" for most normal people, so I'll get to the real point.
It seems that that generation is not necessarily going to be the "future" forever. In fact, already we're seeing indications of clear differences between them and Generation Z which is coming up now. The idea that all youth forever will be just like Gen Y is already being proven untrue.
Although not the main point of the following article, what jumped out at me was the following statement:
(note: "Millennial" is PC speak for Gen Y)
