Nothing really, it wasn't any Hitch-type of matchmaking. I like to host parties. Two single friends liked each other and requested I do the common introductions; hey this is my friend from uni meet my good friend from my volleyball team.

They hit it off, started going out, fought continuously and then kept bringing me into the middle. Tried to keep tabs on each other thru me, bitched about the other person, eventually in the break up and getting back together cycle bullshit.

Friends from both sides blames me for their dysfunctional relationship.

No no lol I'm not saying that at all. I don't intentionally hook up my friends with each other and now refuse to even be a wing-woman. But I have single friends (attached couples as well) that come to hang out at my place or planned outings and if something sparks up between two than so be it.

I wish we had professional matchmakers where I live. Well, there are two, but one is for people of a specific religion, and the other is only for rich people seeking rich people. Their requirement for both men and women is an annual income of 100k+. I would have thought wealthy people would mainly want a house spouse to be their sugar baby and maybe raise their children, not a second person who will be working all the time so neither of them has time to take care of the other.
