Well, since you are looking to write the story, and don't want to give away too many details, may I sugguest that you simply just begin writing? Just see what comes to you. Write it all down. (Or, better yet, type it if you have a word processor program on your computer. It makes for easier editing later!)
Suggestion two would be to "get out there more". Explore Lit. Perhaps run a search in the stories for the type you like and read some for inspiration. But only for inspiration! Don't steal.
Also, browse more of Lit. We have a Fetish board where people talk about, surprise surprise, their fetishes!! Also, I know that sometimes a medical fetish can loosely be linked with BDSM, as BDSM is a huge "blanket" with many avenues to try.
Perhaps starting a personal ad looking for like-minded new friends could help even. That would give you another avenue to venture and explore. Perhaps a new friend would turn out to be your muse?
And, when it's all said and done, check out the Editor's Forum. Check to see who has offered themselves as a volunteer editor, perhaps ask aroung a little (by saying, "I have __________ type of story and I am looking for an editor to help me out a little. I would like/prefer _______, _________, and ________ type editing the most. Thank you!"), and the follow-up with someone.
