How many of you hate the evenings in hotels and what do you do to make them better?

I tend to find out what's in the area..whether it be a club, a coffeehouse, a bar...even a tourist attraction....something to get me out of there....that or I go get a massage

I go shopping or if it is late I play with my friends on Lit.

Try meeting strangers in a bar or somewhere. Find a local Lit buddy to go out with.

I love being a local date for my computer friends that come to town for whatever reason. It's alot of fun!

Hotel Resident

I hate hotels too, and spend about ten months a year in them. Lately I have been, and I am not joking, going to the fitness center. I actually feel better about myself. I decided nothing good was going to come of strip clubs and bars so I quite those. I also post on LIT looking for a native of the area just to hang out with.

play trivia

I go to http://www.ntn.com/ and find a local bar or resaurant in the city I am in that has their trivia game. I usually sit at the bar, have dinner around 5:30 - 6:00 then get a trivia game box and play against the others in the bar plus the whole world. I have met a lot of interesting people, stay relatively sober, and get back to my hotel at a decent hour. Plus, I usually learn something along the way. It is a nice diversion.

thank you

My gf and I are huge fans and play at a neighborhood bar on a regular basis what a great way to share with her she can go to one by home and I can go to one on the road.
