Have you talked to you doctor about the delayed ejaculation and asked if an ED medication could help/might be worth a try specifically? My doctor advises its caused by my age, type 2 diabetes and some resulting neuropothy. Luckily I don't have a problem with ED, my diabetes is well under control and I'm not overweight. The problem is it sometimes takes a couple hours and enough energy to run the Boston Marathon for me to ejaculate. Thank God I have a very patient partner.

Just because you don't have problems getting it up doesn't mean you don't have a dysfunction or a medication typically prescribed for ED wouldn't help. Off-label prescriptions for issues like this aren't uncommon as far as I know, and many people find ED drugs enhance sensitivity/pleasure. They might be worth a try if they're not contraindicated, at least; maybe your doc even has some samples you can test drive.
Otherwise, have you tried things like adding anal, prostate and vibe stimulation and keeping sex as fresh as possible, physically and mentally?
And if you want to go the supplement route, you might check out this thread from a couple of days ago. The OP has a different issue, but you may find some of the suggestions worth investigating and talking to your doctor about.
I have used all three ED meds, and still use them occasionally but they don't make it any easier to ejaculate. My penis just isn't as sensitive to touch as it once was. I hoped I might find a cream or lotion that made the nerve endings tingle and be supersensitive. One thing we've tried is screwing with an egg vibe inside her. The extra vibration seems to help me cum. But its hard to keep it in the right place and kind of cumbersome.
