Harrod's department store

I just read that this department store in London (I believe) is not only the biggest in sales volume in the world but their year end sale is attented by people who fly in from all over the world.

Has anyone here ever been to it? What makes the store so special?

Its special because it is filled to the brim with people
who have more money than sense.

I have been and was not impressed.
