Oh, yes. The straightforward play of the word "tool"... and then there's screwdriver, nuts, power tools, screws, knobs, nails....

Beyond the punny, it might make an interesting setting simply because of such ready access to rope and cable and other things to be used in bondage. Hmmm....

If you're feeling punny, there's also the realm of the other kind of hardware; computer. The possibilities of playing with the word "dongle" are amusing..
