Your nips look about the size of my right one. The left is inverted, so it's a real challenge to make her come out to play!

I did come across a web site not too long ago that was primarily for moms who breastfeed and have inverted nipples. Basically, it's a suction type thing that pulls the nipple out and keeps it out all day. Eventually the nipple comes out on its own. I was seriously considering it - cost $60, I believe, and comes from the UK. It's primarily used for inverted nipples, but might work well with small nips as well.

There is also something in the adult store here at Lit that suctions the nipples and you put a ring at the base to keep them erect. The rings come in different sizes. Looks sort of like cock rings for nips. Not sure if this contraption would make nipples bigger, but it looks like a lot of fun!
