I probably won't go see any fireworks, I hate fighting the traffic. Jennifer and I might make some steak and potatoes though. The steaks will be made on the George Foreman grill. I don't own an outside grill.

Raining here, was going to take my son out to practice driving, but not in the rain. He's working on getting his license but is still in the "what the hell is a stick shift?!" phase of learning.

We usually had family reunions on July 4 for years but now it's been moved to August...so I have zero in the way of plans now. July 4 is one of those things I'll celebrate if other folks are doing it, but I usually don't do much.

our vaginas made it to the semifinals last night by beating china, they'll play the german vaginas on tuesday.

today it's australian vaginas v. japenese vaginas in less than fifteen then the english and canadian vaginas at 7:30.

it's good fun.

It's already Sunday here.... and I am planning to spend a good portion of the afternoon having a nap (which will automatically happen due to reading a book!)
Last night I had the best bolognese ever - homemade spaghetti pasta! - followed by a few drinkies, and then the bestest sexing EVER! Rinse and repeat the sexy stuff this morning
Definitely need a nap!

I will be at a science fiction and fantasy convention. Hopefully distracting myself from last year's summer of deaths that started on July 3.

I am in a LARP on the 4th and haven't made my costume yet but I will.

Usually we can see multiple fireworks displays from the hotel's top floors and parking lot. I might do that.
