I've got a friend coming to visit in the near future.

Made a new friend recently.

And, hell, I just like smiling.

My happy thought these days is "Someone's coming to visit!"

Right now....

The knowledge that tomorrow, I go to work and see a shining new life. And try not to get kicked by her mama.
The possibility of friendships that will mean something, not just now, but years down the road.
Having a story that I love reading as much as I love writing out there, waiting to be set free on Lit.
My boys are home, finally, from a week with grandparents. I missed them.
Listening to the music that reminds me why love is always so good, and so bad, all at once.
