Well, as a florist, I am privy to all sorts of holidays that are off the beaten path thru an industry trade calendar. Just ask me when "Bosses Day" is (Oct 16th)... or Nurses Day (May 5th)... or "I'm just Happy Being Single Day" (Feb 13th) lol There's always a reason to send flowers.

I might add it's also "Wheel of Fortune Day" if anyone cares to snuggle Pat Sajak or Vanna White. lol
