It's 8-40ish on the first day of the new year
I've woken up late..... Very late!
But I'm happy to report I.don't have a hangover or anything. In fact, I feel rather good for having consumed so much alcohol.
Today is going to be a very lazy day - I intend to do a little cooking and read a book and that's it.
2015, time to refocus, reassess, and renew

Ooohhh noww I get it.
In NYC it's 4pm.
I forget time zones. New Yorkers tend to think we are our own planet, and everyone is on it
I'm going out and countdown is in like 7 hours
For some reason, our tv networks broadcast New York and London seeing in the New Year.
Apparently it's important that we see those two as well as our own.

Oops - double post!
Todays weather is 25 deg C, slightly overcast. The next week will be sunny and between 27 and 30 degrees.
We have the cleanest air on the planet (the world's base measurements for pollution are taken at Cape Grim) and some awesome scenery. Also, great surfing, excellent inland and offshore fishing, spectacular diving, incredible hiking tracks and some of the best food in the world.
And to top all that - it is cheap to live here!
