So, a couple weekends ago I was at a new Mexican restaurant with a buddy and our wives. It was crowded and we didn't have reservations so we ended up seated at the bar. As it turns out a good friend of my daughters' was a bar manager that night. We ordered four carafes of premium margarita's over the course of the evening and were only charged for two - cha-ching! He was tipped very, very well
