To celebrate on this glorious Sunday afternoon, here’s a look back at the day Judge Thomas destroyed then-Senator Biden and the obsessed stalker, Anita Hill.

He has no buisness sitting on the high court, given his twisted mis-interpretations of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

By the same token, however, Anita Hill and the Democrats had no right to derail his nomination on the basis of false accusations. I do agree with that assessment. (Note that Biden had nothing to do with this.)

They DID have plenty of LEGITIMATE reasons to derail his nomination, on the basis that he simply was not qualified to be a fair, non-partisan and non-activist justice to uphold the Constitution, Bill of Rights or separation of powers as implied by the Constitution. And those reasons have become painfully more relevant with each passing year he sits on that bench.

A few more justices like Thomas on the bench, coupled with an equally unhinged president, and America could easily be transformed into a frightening re-creation of Taliban-era Afghanistan or modern North Korea. (Which seems to be exactly what some people wish for.)
