Mr. Mercury you were and are one of a kind.

I got to see them play when I was in England, at Wembley Stadium....what a great show..and he was a terrific performer/musician/song writer.

Oh lord what I wouldn't have done to have been there!

Jealous. This girl is very very jealous.

Well I have a time machine, what WOULD you do? :)

I've seen over 400 bands... so many great memories. I'm not a big Billy Joel fan but saw him at Wembley Arena and he was terrific too.. I've seen Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Allman Brothers 15 times or so, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Kansas, ZZ Top, Joe Cocker, Van Halen, Ozzy...and tons of others and even more that are off most peoples radar. It's one of my biggest passions..

Awesome!! I'll sing the Bohamian Rhapsody at the top of my lungs in honor of his birthday today!

Now you're just being mean. Besides, some of these I've crossed off my own list already so not quite so much.

Still, Queen at Wembley?

Not to be too blunt but, honey you get me to the arena for the show, and I'll do any damn thing you want. Twice

SRV was a bit before my time, but he was from my backyard. If he had lived, I almost certainly would have gotten to meet him. I was lucky to see The Who with Entwistle just before he passed and also Ronnie Dio.

And Happy birthday to Freddie, who, with Dio, Daltrey, Gillan, and Plant, is one of my absolute fav. singers.

He'll be rolling over in his grave covering his ears!!
