I was going to phone home to Oz but decided to wait until NYD. We still have a few hours to go here. I am hoping for us at least, the New Year is less stressful and brings less loss and health issues. I hope everyone else can look forward to happy, healthy and satisfying 2011.

Depends. We drink sparkling cider from wine glasses. Yeah, you won't get buzzed, but it's very festive. We prefer it to wine or champagne or whatever.
