Hanns

I was watching iron chef last night... the theme ingredient was eel.

They were alive when they were presented.... and they showed them being killed and bled.

I should stop eating dinner at the computer - these little things keep popping up to surprise me when I least expect it!

is there much difference? No, those particular eels weren't Hanns. He's still wiggling around out there in sludge.

Eels are a bugger to skin, I find the best way is to nail the head to a tree in my backyard and strip the skin off with a pair of pliers.

The cooking channel is a hoot. The Iron Chef, that show is amazing!!My God how do you think of that stuff? They cook with things I've never heard of or seen....The translations of the Japanese celebrity hosts is good humor.

*crossing eels off of the list of things I want to try cooking myself*

I could watch the Iron Chef

24/7 365........

Yet, I am happy with a peanut butter or tuna sandwhich........for breakfeast lunch or dinner.......

And have them always.......I avoid fancy foods.......
