Lots of water, water, water!! Water is the best thing
to flush out the alcohol......also get some food into your
system to help, but nothing spicy or "heavy"....try
saltines......also lots of rest.......
I have NEVER had a hangover. <shrug> No matter how much I drink, I wake up feeling okay the next morning. Just really thirsty. But I took note of all these, just in case.
