Hanging Wall Street Bankers... By light post or by oak tree? (Humor, folks. Laugh.)

If by some fortuitous turn of events it comes to the point where America gets fed up with the big bankers of the world and treats them to a surprise hanging before they can flee the country, from what should they be hung?

A tree, or a light post?

There's advantages to each.

Light posts are common on Wall Street. The poetic justice of being hung right on the very venue were they plotted and schemed to fuck this great country over, might make future bankers a little scared about screwing around with OPM.

Oak trees, on the other hand, are traditional. It lends to a more home-style atmosphere for a hangin'. One branch could swing 2 or 3 big greedy bankers. Plus there's usually plenty of grass around for people to hang out and party and have barbecues, etc.

Which would you prefer?

Hah, brand them as terrorists, that'll supposedly give us easy access to their offshore stuff. Hitting them with some domestic surveillance would have the awesome benefit of causing Republicans to scream for the abolition of domestic surveillance.
