Hands free Nexus

I quite like the look of something like the Nexus prostate stimulators. Most specifically for use on my own. I was wondering how easy the are to use hands free - ie pop it in your ass and have your hands free for other things.
Do they stay in easily, and/or do they need to be moved around to really get the benefit?

Also I've used a vibrating butt plug in the past and TBH the vibrations didn't add a great deal for me. That said the bullet type vibe was near the base, so it was really focused on my ring, and nowhere near my prostate, so maybe not the most effective design. Do vibes work well on prostates, or are they just better for clits?

Diane and I use the "Feeldoe", it has a hole in the base that takes a bullet vibe.

Although we have never used it for anal, I'm certain it would work.

Additionally it comes in several sizes to accomodate your comfort level.
