What does the state have to do with anything?

BoBo believes the states have the right to pass oppressive or discriminatory laws and anyone who doesn't like it should move to another state (which, you know, is incredibly easy for a high school student to do at the drop of a hat). He thinks it's in the Constitution, or at least the version of that Ronald Reagan received from Jesus (R-Jerusalem) at the top of Mount Rushmore after climbing up there dressed in a Confederate flag.

What does the state have to do with anything?

You do understand states have legal authority and can regulate right???

Texas likes regulating abortion, this girl opposes those regulations, she is living in the wrong state.

She needs to move to pro abortion state or if she's wanting to be an activist at least one where there is a battle to be had.

She's like the pot prohibitionist conservatives in California.....wasting time in the WRONG state.

BoBo believes the states have the right to pass oppressive or discriminatory laws and anyone who doesn't like it should move to another state .

Tell us more about California, New York City and New Jersey gun laws....LOL

Are you really shocked red states are regulating abortions the same way you guys regulate guns....like total control freak assholes?? :D

The building blocks for Roe were placed with the court’s protections
for the right to privacy established in Griswold v. Connecticut in 1965,
when the court struck down a state law that barred married couples
from obtaining contraception, a protection extended to unmarried
couples in 1972.

The Constitution protects federalism and the autonomy of states, sure. But at its heart,
the Constitution elevates the freedom — the liberty — of individuals, not majorities.

(...)

If there were a moment, before Roe, that the country could have come together, state
by state, to hash out reasonable abortion restrictions, it has long passed.

The issue is too divisive, the antiabortion forces too activated, to settle for
half measures if total victory is achievable.

Returning the decision to the states would usher in an even more dangerous
patchwork of some states that allow abortion, some that severely restrict it,
others that impose outright or close to total bans. And this patchwork would
operate to the particular detriment of poor women.

Surprise!
Funding meant for struggling Americans was hijacked and given to anti-abortion traps
pretending to be reproductive health clinics. Offices full of unqualified volunteers that
have been brainwashed by Evangelical Christians. No tactic is off limits- false promises
forcing the victim to see bloody, (fake) pictures, against their will. It's an emotional,
psychological, psychic rape. Bullying, telling lies, physically restraining, blocking a
woman from leaving. The purpose is to trick the victim, unti lit is too late to have get
an abortion. Looks just like a normal medical building from the outside,
purposely located near a real medical office.

At this point in time, fake clinics outnumber real abortion clinics.
Formerly-Republicans killed off nearly all reproductive health clinics
that do not provide abortions, in many Red states. Taking no chances
that information about getting an abortion might be provided.

Is that in the Constitution ? Oh, yeah, all men are created equal!
(Even that is a lie, because that only counts if you have white skin, right ?)

Nineteen states are getting ready to torment women into submission.

These Red states love the fetus so much, they rape pregnant with plastic vaginal
ultrasound wands, to detect the thrum of a fiber inside a speck of zygote flesh.
Once it is an embryo, you are not equal to a fetus, in MAGA country. You are
less-than-human - a fetus tank.

No, she needs to change Texas,

She's not going to, fhe people of Texas overwhelmingly feel different as they just democratically passed a bunch of restrictions on abortion.

Much like anti-pot and anti-abortions conservative activist in California, she's pissing up a flag pole.

If activism and effective change are what she is after she should go to a moderate state where there is a potential battleground.

Not a state where she is firmly in the minority.

which is exactly what she is trying to do, as we all should.

Why??? Not everyone wants to live in San Franshithole.....not everyone wants to destroy their state and degrade their communities (D)eegen style.

Why can't you people let Texans decide how Texas lives and manages it's own affairs???

OHHHH authoritarian control freaks can't live and let live, you have to pull the guns out and force your views on everyone....like the jackbooted assholes you lot are.

How much of a bet, is the possibility that Catholics took on the role
of attackers of the Capitol, because of encouragement from their churches ?

I have a feeling that the Vatican is talking out of both sides of its very
large mouth, and has privarely advised Catholic priests to give the attackers
of the Capitol forgiveness, for their violence and murder-
Fuck Knows that the Vatican gave forgiveness to those that agreed to
take on the mission to murder Queen Elizabeth I. Losing Trump meant
losing a sure agent, in overturning Abortion Rights, and denying women

The Vatican always chooses an ancient elderly priest to front their

that carries a Catholic cross made of pure gold- The Vatican bank,
the Vatican city in Rome, the property it owns all around the world,

The head of the Vatican’s doctrine office is warning U.S. bishops to deliberate
carefully and minimize divisions before proceeding with a possible plan to rebuke
Roman Catholic politicians such as President Joe Biden for receiving Communion
even though they support abortion rights.

Among the leaders of the campaign to rebuke Biden is Archbishop Salvatore
Cordileone of San Francisco, who recently issued a pastoral letter arguing that
Catholic politicians who support abortion rights should not receive Communion.
A few days later, Bishop Robert McElroy of San Diego published an essay saying
such an initiative “will bring tremendously destructive consequences.”

Biden and Senators Reach Compromise Infrastructure Bill That Excludes Climate

Top Democrats, including President Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi,
say they won’t support a compromise infrastructure bill unless senators first pass
reconciliation bill containing Democratic priorities.

https://www.democracynow.org/2021/6/25/headlines

After House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi said early on Thursday
her chamber would not vote on the first infrastructure package unless the second
reconciliation bill passed the Senate, Biden publicly seconded the idea.

Some Republicans in Congress, including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell
have objected to linking the two bills together, and accused Biden of bad-faith
negotiations.

Republicans later said they felt blindsided by Biden's comment that he would not sign
the bipartisan legislation alone and that the measure would have to move in tandem
with reconciliation.

_ _ _ Republicans are pretending to be very, very angry about President Biden’s
newly-announced plans to pursue infrastructure and jobs proposals on two tracks —
one bipartisan, the other via a simple majority “reconciliation” vote.

Conservative U.S. bishops are learning that it is perilous to pose
as being “more Catholic than the Pope.”

Defying public and private warnings from the Vatican, and ignoring sentiment
in the pews, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops last week authorized the
preparation of a doctrinal statement on the Eucharist that was widely understood
as being aimed at denying access to communion by pro-choice Catholic public
officials, notably the President of the United States.

Now some of the bishops are hastily trying to downplay their intentions with
“nothing to see here” disclaimers, as the National Catholic Reporter noted:

“Rather, in light of the decline in belief and participation in the Eucharist,
the bishops voted to permit their Committee on Doctrine to begin drafting
a pastoral document on the Eucharist.”

“It is not disciplinary in nature, nor is it targeted at any one person or class
of persons,” Archbishop William Lori of Baltimore added.

...comically, hard-core conservatives in and beyond the conference of bishops keep
giving away the game, as the Reporter’s Michael Sean Winters sarcastically observes:

Why all the fuss? Could it be that during the spring meeting several bishops, including
a committee chair, Archbishop Joseph Naumann, specifically referenced politicians and
Biden during their interventions?

FOX TV requires attention, and formerly-Republicans have their agendas.

Many can only guess the reason for it, but formerly-Republicans are determined
to convince Republicans to not cooperate with efforts to provide everyone with
vaccination injections to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

If they are able to convince Republicans to become Anti-Vaxxers, they can convince
them of almost anything.

This week, Tucker Carlson took yet another on the gig, from Rupert Murdoch.
Someone at FOX TV came up with the idea to use the story of the abuse of
women in Handmaid's Tale, to reinforce the Anti-Vaxx propaganda of formerly-
Republicans.

On Fox News, Carlson, (...)
tells viewers requiring vaccines "is exactly what they told us [that] right wingers,
once they took over the government in 'The Handmaid's Tale,' were going to do,
to the country, they would force you to put things in your body that you didn't
want they had full control of your body, you no longer had dominion over your
body."

That did not push the boundaries enough, so formerly-Republicans have dragged
South African Apartheid into it. This is after they insisted that being questioned
about accepting the need to wear masks, getting jabbed, and taking precautions,
was somehow related to the Holocaust.

Anything that might offend and disturb a reasonably informed person, is something
that FOX TV and formerly-Republicans will latch onto.

Trump has drummed home the idea that our nation needed His Wall at the border -
what he and his operatives, servants, and enablers have done, is build walls inside

A coalition of abortion providers and advocates filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday
challenging a Texas law that would allow private citizens to sue anyone for helping
a woman get an abortion.

In addition to asking the U.S. district court in Austin to overturn the law,
the plaintiffs asked for an injunction that would stop it from taking effect
in September.

The law would ban abortion in the nation’s second-biggest state after six weeks
of pregnancy, which is before many women even know they are pregnant, and
ask private citizens to enforce the ban by suing doctors or anyone who helps a
woman get an abortion.

Under the law, anyone who successfully sues another person would be entitled
to at least $10,000.

Texas marches towards Gilead, and tries to drag the rest of the country
along with it

Unlike the hundreds of anti-choice laws passed by Republican state legislatures
in this country up until this year, the Texas “fetal heartbeat” law which criminalizes
any abortion performed after six weeks, or when a supposed “fetal heartbeat” may be
detected, does not rely on the state for its enforcement.

Rather, the Texas law provides a mechanism allowing private citizens opposed
to abortion to take matters into their own hands against women they deem unworthy
of bodily integrity, by specifically targeting those who assist such women
in terminating their unwanted pregnancies.

S.B. 8 authorizes “any person” other than the government to sue someone who
provides an abortion after six weeks, helps someone obtain an abortion after six
weeks or “intends” to do these things. (Abortion patients themselves cannot be sued.)

This means that any antiabortion activist, ex-boyfriend, disapproving neighbor
or random stranger can sue. And, to incentivize a flood of lawsuits, S.B. 8 offers up
a bounty of at least $10,000 per violation proven, payable by the abortion provider
or assister to the person who sued them.

Once abortion providers and supporters are dragged into state courts, S.B. 8 then
changes the courthouse rules to make these lawsuits as costly and burdensome as
possible.

The law also allows abortion providers to be sued multiple times over a single abortion,
while prohibiting them from defending on the ground that another court already found
in their favor.

Abortion providers will be forced either to stop providing care after six weeks —
when approximately 85 percent of Texas abortions occur today —
or else risk ruinous penalties.

Weeks before the session wrapped up, Gov. Greg Abbott signed Senate Bill 8,

it also would allow anyone to sue a physician or anyone else who helped somone

Mississippi asks Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade in upcoming case

July 22, 2021

Mississippi is asking the Supreme Court to overrule Roe v. Wade in order to uphold
the state’s restrictions on abortion access, and to renounce the court’s landmark holding
a half-century ago that the Constitution protects a woman’s right to obtain an abortion.

Mississippi seeks to persuade the court it should approve a law that would ban
most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

The state also has a court-blocked law restricting abortions after six weeks, and a
so-called trigger provision that would prohibit abortion should Roe be overturned

“If Roe falls, half the states in the country are poised to ban abortion entirely."

Christian cult groups began to encourage people to contribute to overpopulation.
It was the decade of Christian deadly violence against women that chose not to give birth.

2021 Rebellion against Christian domination roots in the LGBT community-
Young males and young women are refusing to conform, and contribute to
overwhelming numbers of White Supremacist supporters by childbearing.
Their parents choose their children's well being above the GOP's requirements.

Trump ordered politicians and state official to "find more votes" for him.

The requirement that only parents may vote, certainly would limit university students
and young adults that do not have unlimited means.

American religious groups pour 51 million dollars into Europe to influence choices made

US Christian right ‘fundamentalists’ linked to the Trump administration and
Steve Bannonare among a dozen American groups that have poured at least
$50 million of ‘dark money’into Europe over the last decade, openDemocracy
can reveal today.

Between them, these groups have backed ‘armies’ of ultra-conservative lawyers
and political activists, as well as ‘family values’ campaigns against LGBT rights,
sex education and abortion – and a number appear to have increasing links with
Europe’s far right.

World Congress of Families (WCF)

Five of the conservative groups have previously been listed as partners
of the World Congress of Families (WCF) network

The WCF itself has been described as an “anti-LGBT hate group”
by the Southern/ Poverty Law Center (SPLC)

The WCF is a project of the International Organization for the Family
and the Illinois-based Howard Center for Family, Religion and Society

A number of other US Christian conservative groups appear to be spending money
in Europe, but do not disclose this on their US filings – including the Howard Center
for Family, Religion and Society, which has coordinated the WCF network.

“It took the Christian right 30 years to get to where they are now in the White House,” he said.

“We knew a similar effort was happening in Europe, but this should be a wake-up call
that this is happening even faster and on a grander scale than many experts could have
ever imagined.”
