Many years ago, the NYC Halloween Parade didn't have all the corporate sponsors and wasn't televised, so much more outrageous behavior was tolerated. The best thing was one could be in the parade and then stop into a lot of the restaurants and bars along the route during and after the parade. Nudity wasn't a problem. I know I had some fun costumes back then. For a lot of the costumes I did have my nipples showing. I would put bright red lipstick on them and I think most people thought they were fake.

It's not always brilliant over here at beaches, but there are quite a lot of places that are good; as a kid, I always remember loads of topless/naked people around, and just wasn't phased by it at all.
