what is your favorite and why?

KCs favorite is candy corn. I now have my children addicted to them also. Sugar rush while using cany corns as vampire teeth is a bad bad thing. My daughter just tried to bite the dog...what was i thinking

Hershey miniatures, Kisses (the candy, lol), and - of course - any white chocolate.

Reese's peanut butter cups. And not those itty bitty gold foil wrapped ones, the full size cups that come on single cups. And hershey's treasures (caramel please!) and plain M&M's in itty bitty bags. They have cute factor, too.

One year in a fit of pique, I handed out candy canes.

LOVE candy corns, but not when they are too fresh...gotta sit in the candy dish a little while..

those sticky peanut butter candies in the black and orange wrappers are divine, but the molasses ones are better.

mmm, I used to love dots, until my middle child nearly choked to death on them. Now I won't even allow them in the house. At least not till the kids are a lot older.

I only use skor bars on top of my "Better than sex cake" (which it really isn't!)

Our favourites in this house are mostly $100,000 bars and snickers.

Oh we do have snickers over here but they used to be called 'marathons' no idea why they changed the name.

Popular choc over here is 'Cadbury' & 'Nestles' two companies that make lots of types of choc.

Popular for Halloween are black jacks (aniseed chews), fruit salads (fruit chews) and various foam type shaped sweets that cost 1 or 2 pence - shrimps, bananas, milk bottles, cola bottles.

On changes to names in UK Nestles used to be pronouced 'Nesels' now its 'Nest lays' & cola bottles used to be called 'coke bottles'

I'm a Reese's girl through and through. But I love any of the "quality" funbars I find in my bag: Butterfingers, Snickers, or any other bar. I love the Hershey's Treasures too but I prefer the chocolate filled. And SweetTarts are my favorite non-chocolate item.

And yet I remember swarms of Tootsie Rolls and DumDums. Why oh why?

My lover bought some candy for bribing her kids at school with (she needed to do some out-of-hours running records, apparently. So the bribes were about making it worth the kids' while to stay after class.)

Suffice to say that while we were out, her son gave them all away to doorknockers... *chuckle*

Ohhhh, yeah... and Chick-O-Stiks, the miniatures, though I'll settle for the full-sized ones if I have to. I think those are primarily a southern US candy, though, so many of y'all (Yankees and other furriners) may not know what they are - you poor deprived (or is that "depraved?") people, you.
